Whether you are exploring ministry for the first time or preparing for a future in church leadership, this program offers an opportunity to learn, serve, and grow alongside experienced pastors and leaders. Through hands-on ministry experience, mentoring, and spiritual development, apprentices gain practical skills while deepening their relationship with Christ.

Partnership with IWU Bridge Initiative
The Bridge partners with the IWU Bridge Initiative to provide pathways for leadership development and ministry preparation.
Through this partnership, students and young leaders are able to gain experience in real ministry settings while continuing their education and spiritual formation. This connection creates a unique opportunity to grow both academically and spiritually while serving in the local church.
